Cancellations are permitted within a certain timeframe from the date of booking. However, please note that cancellation requests may not be honored if the reservation has already been processed or if it falls within a specific non-refundable period.
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items or services that have already been rendered. Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team immediately for further assistance. Any such complaints should be reported within the same day of receipt.
If you believe that the product or service received does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within the same day of receipt. We will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.
For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy for resolution.
Approved refunds will be processed within 16-30 days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on various factors.
